Apart from the hotel being clean, ammaculate and excellent.....I would like to talk about the staff..... They are amazing and outstanding service. They were so accommodating to my requests, that with a genuine smile and sense of help. At checkout, when I met the Manager and some other staff members, they were smiling. Genuinely, you can sense that they are there to look after you. If your in istanbul, you have to go and stay at least one night here. I Shall Be back........

This is a fabulous hotel situated right next to Tuzla bay. The hotel is kept immaculately and is extremely well furnished. All the staff are helpful and very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and big in size. The roof top restaurant serves really nice, great quality food and has views over the local area and sea. This is a very well run hotel and would recommend anybody visiting the area to stay there.

Staff is welcoming. Breakfast is pretty good. The view from restraunt is pretty good as well.

The rooms are spacious. Great location. The staff were supportive when we showed up late for breakfast. They allowed us late check out and were patient.

I like about everything. Pleasant service, very helpfull and always smiling staff, great atmosphere, excellent services. I am returning customer, staying in Holiday Inn in Tuzla every time I am in Istanbul

I liked that the bar was serving food when I arrived quite late from London. The meal was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

All was perfect!!! Personnel very gentle, amazing room with sea view with comfortable bed, tasty breakfast. Turkish hamam was very relaxed. Hotel not in Center but it’s not problem because close metro station Guzelyali instead it’s more calmer that in Center. I can totally recommending ! Will return one day again if will be in Istanbul! Very thank you for hospitality and nice time !
